I assume Jeff Jarvis meant to say “you can see in Twitter the mood of a non-randomly distributed 13% of the nation, most of whom are media people and teenagers.”
The myth of user culture. Makes me think of Wikipedia. Let’s add the the mood of the growing number of bots, algorithms and robots to this as well shall we.
